When you send the contact form we process your name, email address, company (optional), the selected topic, your message and your consent. We use this only to answer your enquiry.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps taken at your request prior to a contract, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

When this website is called up, technical data such as IP address, time of request, browser and referring page are processed so that the site can be delivered and kept secure. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your request and, where commercial or tax law requires it, for the statutory retention periods. Server logs are deleted by the hosting provider after a short period.

This website is built and hosted on the Onepage platform, and form submissions are stored in its CRM. Our email provider processes the messages we exchange with you. These providers act as processors on our behalf and only on our instructions.

We aim to keep processing inside the EU and the EEA. Where a provider processes data outside that area, it is done on the basis of the safeguards set out in Chapter V GDPR, such as the EU standard contractual clauses.

This website uses only the cookies technically required to operate it. No analytics or advertising cookies are set unless you give your consent.

Your language choice is saved in your browser's local storage so that the site opens in the same language next time. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.

You have the right to access your data and to have it rectified or erased, to have processing restricted, to data portability and to object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.
