We prefer infrastructure and providers within the EU. If a service outside the EU is needed, we tell you in advance and use the safeguards the GDPR requires.

We use your data only to deliver your project. We do not use it to train models for other clients or for any other purpose.

When we process personal data on your behalf, we sign a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR. We help you document processing activities and keep data to the minimum needed.

We check each project against the EU AI Act: which risk category applies, which transparency duties follow and what that means for documentation. With assistants, people are clearly told that they are talking to an AI.

Our systems are designed so that people stay in charge: approval steps for important actions, logs of what the AI did and the option to stop it at any time.
